Products I’ve loved enough to repurchase – more than once

When I was doing my evening skincare routine earlier this week I realized most of the items I use are my “holy grail” products, or products I’ve enjoyed enough to repurchase them more than once.

Like most people I tend to stick to products that I enjoy – hence buying same ones over and over again. Due to my blog not being updated regularly at the moment, I do not get much PR anymore. This has actually been great since I actually get to use up my backups and buy products I like and enjoy. I hate wasting products which is why I’ve emptied a lot of products that I didn’t enjoy just because I opened it and didn’t want to throw it out. Of course there have been PR products that I’ve enjoyed and actually repurchased myself.

All of the items mentioned today I’ve purchased with my own money, I will let you know if there are any that were originally given me as a PR sample, and that I then repurchased myself.

CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion

I’m on my third bottle/tube of this one! My absolute favourite evening moisturizer. It’s really basic – like no scent, just white moisturizer, boring packaging – BUT at the same time it has amazing ingredients: ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Also you can’t beat the prize – and it’s readily available, even in Finland (check your nearest pharmacy).

Pixi Glow Tonic

Pixi Glow Tonic has a sort of a cult following – mainly due to it’s price. This is my daily AHA, I use this in the evening and try to give it at least 10 minutes to work on my skin before layering other products on top. Using daily AHA helps my skin to not get as congested due to dry and old skin cells. I might not use this every night but at least 5 days a week – and once a week I do stronger AHA peel with either Pixi AHA peel pads or The Ordinary AHA and BHA “blood” mask.

Paula’s Choice Anti-Redness Exfoliating Solution

I’m not sure if my current one is my third or fourth bottle but this is my favourite BHA that I use usually in the mornings (at least not at the same time as AHA). This helps keep my acne-prone skin a bit more clear by getting rid of annoying blackheads and helping to keep my pores clean. I’m interested in trying more of Paula’s Choice but at this moment I don’t need any more skincare, like for a year at least.

Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray

Clinique’s whole Moisture Surge line is my favourite from them. I love facial sprays as toners or refreshing my skin throughout the day and this one from Clinique is my absolute favourite. It is moisturizing but not oily or heavy, doesn’t clog pores and feels amazing on skin. I have some weird obsession with having like 3 facial sprays open at all times but this is the one I always come back to. Not the cheapest but effective in keeping my skin moisturized.

Lainege Lip Sleeping Mask

You didn’t think I would not mention any lip balms in this one, right? I am lip balm addict – probably just mentally, I hate my lips feeling dry. I have had few different scents of Laineige Lip Sleeping Mask but they all work the same. My lips are plump and hydrated in the morning – I only use this for the night since it’s in a jar packaging. Will keep repurchasing in the future as well – I am now using vanilla scented version, next I will open up chocolate mint one.

KvD Tattoo eyeliner in Trooper

I’ve been going through 2-3 of these already – one of the best waterproof black liquid liner I’ve tried so far. Stays on my watery eyes without budging and is easy to apply. I’m now testing if Tarte Tarteist would be a good another option, but I most likely will keep repurchasing the KvD version just because it doesn’t have kohl on the other end – and I have enough of black kohls.

Bubbling under

These ones I’ve repurchased only once but can see that I will keep repurchasing them.

Two of these items are from iHerb – Life-flo Pure Rosehip Seed Oil and Mad Hippie Vitamin C serum. I just cracked open my second rosehip seed oil and am halfway through my second vitamin C serum. Both are amazing and relatively cheap – even after customs.

Verso Super Eye Serum is an amazing retinol-induced product for eyes. I have second one waiting for me to run out of my current eye cream so I can crack that one open – and will definitely keep repurchasing it since I noticed it helping with my undereye skin – and wrinkles. I also will be trying Verso Night Cream for the first time – as my evening retinol. If it’s good I will be repurchasing it – even if Verso isn’t really an affordable brand.
